The Web Design Process
We start by sending you a web design questionnaire to get the nitty gritty on what you are after. Once all the paperwork is complete – you’ve paid the 50% deposit, filled in our web brief – we get you in for a meet and greet.
The meet and greet is to go through your brief and also talk through any other elements that need to be included in the design. For our For our clients from New South Wales, Queensland,and other states or our international friends, this initial meeting is usually done via Skype. If you are local and from Sydney, we arrange a meeting with you on the Northern Beaches.
To create a smooth process, we will also share a Google Drive file with you to share all your website content with us for the design process.
01 | The Design Process
We will go through all the information you have provided and we have gathered from the initial steps. We will start to create our wireframes so we can show you how your web pages will look and also work seamlessly together. Then we will provide a presentation that will step you through the design in detail so you can get a full understanding of our creative process.
First up we design the homepage with all of the information you put in your web brief and also what we have discussed in our initial meeting.
Once we present the homepage, we allow 1-3 rounds of feedback. Most clients don’t generally need to use all three rounds, but the option is there if you need it. Once we’ve nailed that first page, we roll out the other pages.
02 | Website Development
Once all the pages for your site are designed and approved, we begin the website build. All websites are designed to be mobile friendly. Once all the pages have been completed we will share the link with you to ask for your feedback.
03 | Website Fine Tuning & Training
We will then make any final changes that may need to happen before completion and your site goes live. After this we will transfer your domain over and give you a training session on Sqaurespace to manage your new site confidently!
